Vodafone Germany GmbH

As part of a fully managed service, a high-performance retailer portal has been under development since 2013. This offers thousands of independent indirect specialist dealers in Germany the opportunity to serve their customers on behalf of Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. At the beginning, the portal was an MVP (minimum viable product). As the project progressed, the demands on functionality and performance grew. In a trusting exchange, the project could be further developed with the help of agile methods – until today.

E+Service+Check GmbH

The aim of the project is to develop a central employee portal that helps to optimize and digitalize current work processes. This applies both to employees at the head office and to colleagues in the field. On the one hand, the online portal enables field staff to easily record data in a modern tool. On the other hand, the data recorded by the field service can be transmitted transparently and in real time to the head office and displayed there. Both portal modules have an individualized role and authorization system that is tailored to the needs of customers. In addition, the online portal consists of various dashboards with different functions that can be customized according to departmental requirements.

bp fulfillment & service GmbH & Co KG

As part of a fully managed service, light ds GmbH has developed the tradelight application. This application enables the employees of the subsidiary of Axel Springer SE, bp fulfillment & service GmbH & Co KG, to use route and reporting functions to optimize sales outlets throughout Germany. The app is used daily by our customer’s sales force to log these optimizations and make sales processes more efficient. Thanks to the constant exchange with our customers, the app is constantly being developed further and is perfectly adapted to the ever-changing needs of our customer.

smoods GmbH

For our customer Smoods, we offer a comprehensive SaaS solution based on the Odoo framework, which was developed specifically for the car recycling industry and supports the entire value chain. Our customized ERP software enables efficient inventory and warehouse management by capturing detailed vehicle and parts information and optimally managing storage locations. The dismantling and recycling process is optimized through planning and management tools that comply with environmental and safety standards.

Our distribution management covers both wholesale and retail and integrates with online marketplaces. We also offer comprehensive customer and supplier management as well as transport and logistics solutions that ensure efficiency through route optimization. Financial accounting, automated invoicing and payment processing are also supported.

Powerful analytics and reporting tools enable data-based decision making, while API integrations and cloud support ensure flexibility and scalability. Finally, we ensure that all legal requirements and data protection guidelines are met. With this solution, Smoods operations become more efficient and compliant, while benefiting from comprehensive functionalities tailored to the specific needs of the car recycling industry.

MATS

The MATS app offers a comprehensive all-in-one solution for the training of endurance athletes and coaches. It integrates multiple functions such as training planning, performance diagnostics and evidence-based training optimization in one user-friendly platform. The app aims to make training easier and more effective for both athletes and coaches by combining scientific principles with cutting-edge technology. MATS is designed for simplicity and efficiency to get the most out of every workout. light ds GmbH provided support in the creation of the user experience and user interface as well as advice on technology and software architecture.

Institute for Workplace Health Promotion

The CRM tool is as unique as the customer’s business model and associated processes and has addressed the biggest pain points. In recent years, time-consuming activities such as service provider acquisition, quotation and invoicing have been automated step by step. The time-consuming documentation for the annual financial statements or the approval of invoices can now be completed at the touch of a button. The project includes the provision of an individual, web-based CRM tool for project planning, implementation and processing.
