The VF-EASY web application was developed for the indirect sales department of Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. The users are specialist retailers throughout Germany who use the application in their stores to advise and support new and existing customers with their requirements for mobile, landline and TV products.

The provision of a fully managed service - a web portal for specialist dealers for customer management and contract conclusion.
CRM
In addition to the main project, there are flanking portals such as an appointment scheduling module for store routing via a hotline, a CRM module for administration by the sales department or a variety of individual static and dynamic analyses and reports.
